What is FDM Technology?

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) is the most popular 3D printing technique that builds objects layer by layer using thermoplastic filaments.

How Does FDM 3D Printing Technology Work?

In FDM, a filament of thermoplastic material is heated to its melting point and extruded through a nozzle onto a build platform, where it quickly cools and solidifies. The nozzle moves according to the design specifications, depositing material layer by layer to create the final object.
