Original parts are expensive and are imported, and to secure client needs, they order quantities and keep it in stock. Factory works around the clock, and Sprockets are considered one of the most vital parts that require time and effort to change on the line. Client consumption rate is also high compared to other parts.
Solution:
3D Printed Sprocket in Production Line
Reducing the cost of Sprocket to ~25% of the original cost. Different materials are currently being tested to find the most suitable material for the customer and the nature of his products.
