To meet emergency demands and produce custom parts is a necessity in the manufacturing process of our client, and outsourcing them from outside the facility wasn’t practical enough.
The solution was to establish a 3D printing center in the customer’s operations center, and we equipped the laboratory and provided the necessary consultations, starting with determining the needs & necessary printers, operating devices, design and slicing programs, printing materials and a set of other necessary equipment, ending with testing the feasibility and manufacturability of emergency spare parts and providing consultation and maintenance.
